Stonechester was appointed to advise QIB (UK) plc. in its role on the Steering Committee of the construction of the tallest building in England.
Stonechester was instructed to provide pre acquisition advice on the purchase of a 38,000 sq.ft freehold office building in the heart of St.James's London.
It subsequently provided asset management and development services on this property that included planning options, value matrics and onward disposal advice.
