Stonechester Investments, is a new arm of the group and sets out to acquire mixed investment opportunities, that would benefit from fresh capital injection.
Its’ latest project is the purchase of The Alverton Hotel, Truro, in 2012. Further acquisitions are being sought.
The Alverton Hotel is a 33 bedroom 3 star business, located within walking distance of the City of Truro. The commercial capital of Cornwall. Feasibility studies are currently underway for an upgrade of the existing facilities so as to make it the only 4 star hotel in the City.
Development options are also being considered on a non-operational asset, Tremorvah House, which is some 9,000 sq.ft. and sits on a self contained 2.5 acre site.
