Dividy Road, Stoke on Trent; 26 Acre deveopment site. Planning obtained for retail and social housing. Forward sale to Wimpey Regeneration.
Charter Way, Braintree: Joint venture with Ascot Holdings on 75 Acres of land. Planning consent achieved for 250,000 sq.ft Factory Outlet Centre (sold to Freeport leisure) and 150,000 sq.ft business park.
Malpas Road, Truro: Land assembly and planning for mixed use harbourside scheme. Part sold to Rothermere Group and Keir Western.
