    Land assembly, planning and enabling works across the UK including:

  • Tunstall, Stoke on Trent: 0.75m sq.ft planning consent for mixed Retail Warehousing, Factory outlet, B1, B2, B8 and leisure scheme.
  • Dividy Road, Stoke on Trent; 26 Acre deveopment site. Planning obtained for retail and social housing. Forward sale to Wimpey Regeneration.
  • Charter Way, Braintree: Joint venture with Ascot Holdings on 75 Acres of land. Planning consent achieved for 250,000 sq.ft Factory Outlet Centre (sold to Freeport leisure) and 150,000 sq.ft business park.
  • Malpas Road, Truro: Land assembly and planning for mixed use harbourside scheme. Part sold to Rothermere Group and Keir Western.
